Lead Robotics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement the core C++ control system
Oversee motion control for gantry, saw, and robotic arm
Set software architecture and technical standards
Work closely with mechanical and controls engineering
Guide the system from prototype to pilot machine

Requirements

Strong C++ experience (modern C++ preferred)
Background in robotics, CNC, or industrial automation
Experience working with real hardware and motion systems
Comfortable thinking about safety, failure modes, and constraints

Nice to Have

EtherCAT, CAN, or PLC experience
ROS 2 or similar robotics frameworks

Mechatronics / Controls Engineer
